Movies play an important role in a person life, it has the power to control their thoughts and even mold their behavior. The film Kaalapani concentrates on the life of prisoners in British India who were punished to Kaalapani, the cellular jail in Port Blair in Andaman Nicobar islands. The film name was suggested to be Kaalapani from the mode of imprisonment in the cellular jail.


Maariyaan: the film released in 2015 is a famous and inspirational Tamil movie directed by Bharat Bala, Produced by Venu Ravichandran, in the film most of the song with the background score was composed by A. R. Rahman. The movie had Tamil actor Dhanush and Parvathi in the lead roles. The film revolves around the story of a man who goes abroad with the wish to get back home and live a better life. It also shows the survival instinct a human has depending on the situation in which one is. The film is based on real life experience which was adapted from a newspaper article. The film has received 2 awards for its emotional and heart touching way of presentation. The Tamil movie was shot in the rose islands of Andaman, depicting the marine life and beauty of the waters in Andaman with Incredible Andaman tour packages from Ahmadabad. Most of the music in this film was shot in the rose islands of Andaman Nicobar islands. The song "Uyire- Uyire" was shot in the rose islands of Andaman; this is a romantic song which is well depicted through the blue waters and sandy beaches of the island. The movie displays the natural beauty of the land along with the Beaches and various life forms in water. It also depicts natural life flora and fauna of the land in the most attractive way.


Kaho Naa... Pyar Hay: the movie released in 200 was directed by Rakesh Roshan and produced by Film Kraft was started by Hrithik Roshan and Amisha Patel. It is a romantic movie that revolves around the lives of two young couples who are attacked by enemies.
